The National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP), in coordination with the World Chess Federation (FIDE), will conduct a FIDE Arbiter’s Seminar on July 6 – 8, 2012.

The three-day course, open to all local chess arbiters who are aspiring to gain recognition and accreditation from FIDE will be led by its chief lecturer, International Arbiter and Asian Chess Federation (ACF) Deputy President Casto Abundo, to be assisted by International Arbiter Gene Poliarco of NCFP.

The venue of the seminar is at the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Auditorium, Philsports Complex (ULTRA), Meralco Avenue, Pasig City.

Registration fee is US$160 (PhP7,040), inclusive of seminar handouts, snacks and certificates to be awarded to all participants.
