The FIDE Arbiter’s seminar will be held at the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) auditorium on July 4, 5 and 6, 2012 starting at 9:00 AM.
The three-day seminar organized by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) in cooperation with the World Chess Federation (FIDE) and Philippine Sports Commission PSC is open to all arbiters aspiring to be accredited by FIDE.
International Arbiter Casto Abundo, who is also the deputy president of the Asian Chess Federation, will be the main lecturer to be assisted by International Arbiter Gene Poliarco.
Registration fee for this FIDE Arbiter’s course is US$150, inclusive of seminar handout materials.
